We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and client-focused Account Manager to join our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in communicating with our clients, understanding their objectives, and guiding them through successful marketing campaigns. Prior experience in account management for SEO, Google Ads, and working in a marketing agency is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A motivated self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.

AM Onboarding

  • Day 1: Welcome and HR Orientation: Paperwork completion, digital office tour, introduction to the team, issuing of company hardware and software, and overview of company culture and values.
  • Day 2-3: Introduction to company’s services, particularly focusing on Web Development, SEO and Google Ads. If necessary, training sessions on these services.
  • Day 4-5: Shadow senior Account Managers in client meetings to understand our clientele and services. Introduction to CRM and other tools used for account management at Concrete Marketing Crew.
  • Day 1-2: Attend detailed training sessions on our various services, understanding their applications and value propositions.
  • Day 3-5: Start hands-on training on CRM and other software tools. Also, work on mock client accounts to understand the workflow.
  • Day 1-3: Training on client communication, handling and other soft skills. Continue to shadow senior Account Managers to see these skills in action.
  • Day 4-5: Start working on your own “mock” accounts, managing the account from start to finish with oversight from senior team members.
  • Day 1-3: Review of first three weeks, answering any questions, and addressing any areas that need further training.
  • Day 4-5: Start handling real client accounts under the supervision of senior Account Managers. Gradual assignment of your own accounts, starting with smaller clients.
  • Begin to take on more client accounts and work with greater independence, while always having access to senior team members for guidance and support.
  • Ongoing professional development: As a growing agency, we encourage our Account Managers to continue learning and growing professionally. We provide a range of resources and opportunities for this, such as regular training sessions, opportunities to attend industry events, and an encouraging environment for sharing and learning from one another.
