We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and client-focused Account Manager to join our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in communicating with our clients, understanding their objectives, and guiding them through successful marketing campaigns. Prior experience in account management for SEO, Google Ads, and working in a marketing agency is a plus but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understanding and assessing clients needs to become a trusted advisor.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our services to recommend and guide clients on the most effective marketing strategies.
- Oversee the progress of ongoing client projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as SEO, Google Ads, and Creative to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Regularly update clients on the status of their campaigns, delivering comprehensive reports and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Address any issues or challenges faced by clients promptly and efficiently.
- Monthly client call to address client results, guide clients to successful outcomes and address any pressing issues or concerns

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing services is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A motivated self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
